Fernova Company — Terms & Conditions

1. Handmade Products

All Fernova products are handcrafted and individually finished. Natural variations in wood grain, color tones, and engraving depth are normal and are part of the uniqueness of each item. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these natural variations.

2. Custom Engraving

All custom engravings are produced exactly as provided by the customer.
Please double-check spelling, dates, names, and design layouts before approving a proof or finalizing your order. Fernova is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.

3. Processing Time

Standard production time varies depending on the product. Custom or high-detail engraved items may require additional time. Production begins only after payment is received.

4. Payment

Full payment is required at the time of purchase. Custom orders must be paid in full before engraving begins.

Return & Refund Policy

1. No Returns on Custom Items

Due to the personalized nature of custom engravings, all custom orders are final sale. We cannot accept returns or offer refunds on any item that has been personalized.

2. Returns for Non-Custom Items

Non-custom items may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, undamaged, and in original condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect due to our error, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging. We will repair, replace, or remake the item at no cost to you.

4. Quality Concerns

Because wood is a natural material, small knots, grain variations, or minor color shifts are not considered defects. Refunds are not provided for normal wood characteristics.

Right to Refuse Service

Fernova Company reserves the right to respectfully refuse any order or service at our discretion, including:

  • Designs or text that conflict with our values

  • Offensive, vulgar, hateful, or explicit content

  • Requests featuring symbols or themes we choose not to produce

  • Items that are unsafe, illegal, or inappropriate for engraving

This policy ensures we maintain integrity, uphold our standards, and create products that align with our brand and values.

5. Customer-Supplied Materials

If a customer supplies their own board or material for engraving, Fernova is not responsible for cracks, burn marks, imperfect engravings, or damage caused by the engraving process. Customer-provided materials are engraved at your own risk.

6. Shipping

Once the carrier receives your package, Fernova is not responsible for delays or issues caused by USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other carriers. Tracking is provided with every order.
